Who am I?

Welcome to The PR Practitioner. My name is Brian Camen.

I must admit, this blog isn’t really active anymore. Most of the writing on this site occurred really early in my professional career, around 2008 – 2010. Why not delete it? I’m leaving it up as it has the potential to help new professionals in the industry.

Who Am I?Brian Camen

I’m not a traditional PR practitioner anymore. I started my career in traditional public relations before being drawn to social media. Now I have more than nine years of professional marketing experience, specializing in digital marketing and social media. I’ve had the privilege of working with both large and small B2C and B2B brands that have helped me develop my skill set over the years. Outside of work, I’m a travel lover and sports enthusiast.

    Hi, Brian!
I am a college student from Rowan University. My major is related to Public Relations,so I have this assignment to write about a real PR practitioner’s career, work, and comments on the trend of this profession. I am so excited to find your blog and learned a lot. So I’m wondering whether I can write about you in my assignment. I need your approval so that I wouldn’t commit infringement on your work. Please email me when you read this, because I still have some further questions to ask you. Thanks!
By the way, I am a Chinese student. So my English may not seem so authentic. I’m sorry for that.

    Respectfully,
    Lixin Gui

The most comprehensive and very well thought out write up I have found on this subject on the net. Keep on writing, I will keep on coming by to read your new content. This is my fourth time coming by your blog.
